Do we get to keep the greeting?
Our greetings are a rental. The greetings is installed the night before the birthday and removed the evening of the birthday.
Why does order total say $0?
In order for us to confirm your total we need all the order information. Some greetings have an additional fee based on travel distance, length of greeting, extended duration, etc.
Do we need to setup the greeting or take it down?
We set up the greeting and we remove the greeting. We ask that you do not touch the greeting.
When is the greeting set up?
We set up greetings starting at 8:00pm. We have no way to tell you an exact time because we are placing multiple greetings a night. You can expect your greeting to be setup between 8pm and 11pm.
When is payment due?
Payment is due prior to the sign being delivered.
How do I know you received my payment?
If you pay by Venmo we will comment on your payment to let you know we have received it.
